We've tried hard to make this site accessible and simple to use for everyone, but it's inevitable that problems will arise from time to time. When problems do arise, the sooner we're aware of the situation, the sooner we can work to resolve it. To that end we've put together this page to introduce some of the help and support facilities we've put in place.

If you're not sure about how to submit a link, an event, a news story, an article or photos in the gallery, your first port of call should be the forums. We've a growing collection of simple 'How to' articles that should help you get the best out of our site. You can check if there's an article about the problem you're experiencing by clicking on this link

If the 'how to's' don't help to resolve your problem or if you believe something's broken, we have an error reporting system you can use to report the problem. This system is best used for reporting simple problems - broken links, missing images etc.
In order to improve our support system, we've also newly introduced a support ticket system. In the user menu (top right hand of the page), there are two links - and 'View Tickets'. If you're having an issue with the site, click on the link - complete the form, giving plenty of detail about the error, and this will send your support request directly to an administrator for attention. You can track the progress of your ticket using the 'View Tickets' link. You'll be able to see the current progress of your problem and maintain a dialogue with an adminstrator until your problem is fixed and the ticket closed. Please be as specific as you can if you're going to report an error with either of these two systems - the more information we have about the problem, the quicker we're likely to get it fixed. We'll need to know what page you're having the problem with, what you're trying to achieve, how you're doing it and what happens that prevents you succeeding. To report an error with one of these systems, please click on this link to report an error or this link to send a Support Ticket. Another alternative method of getting help is to ask one of our friendly, approachable administrators. You can do this via email, private message, a post in our forums, a 'contact us' message or even via chat. There's a 'Who's Who' page on the site that lists the Names and Email addresses of all our administrators. The 'Who's Who' list can be found by clicking on this link If you'd rather send a private message to one of our administrators, you can do so by clicking on this Link, or you can access our 'Contact Us' page by clicking on this Link If any of our administrators are using the chat rooms (See the 'Who's Chatting' panel on the right hand side of the home page), feel free to 'barge in' and request help in there. You'll be welcomed and we'll do all we can to resolve your problem.
